A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight made an emergency landing at the Shah Amanat International Airport in Chittagong, following a reported hijack attempt.
Following the emergency landing, the plane was immediately surrounded by law enforcement.

Local media in Bangladesh are reporting a possible hijack attempt aboard Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight 147.
The aircraft, a Boeing 737-800, departed Dhaka's Shahjalal International Airport at 11:13 UTC (17:13 local time) on a flight to Chittagong and Dubai. At 11:39 UTC (17:39 local) the aircraft landed on runway 11 at Chittagong. The aircraft stopped on the main apron and an evacuation was carried out.
Unconfirmed reports say that a gunman had tried to take command of the aircraft. Police and the Rapid Action Battalion have surrounded the aircraft.
