On Thursday 23 April, the final two lectures of the 15th International Kyiv Week were presented. The first, on “Proliferation of WMD & Ballistic Missile Defence (NDC/NSO)”, was given jointly by Capt Antonio Luis Madeira (POR N) and Maj Trevor Newsham (USA F); the second, on “NATO Rules of Engagement”, was by LtCol Brian Bengs (USA F).
Later in the day, the Commandant of the NATO Defense College, Major General Janusz Bojarski (POL F), together with the Commandant of the National Defence University of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Vasyl M. Telelym (UKR A), offered the closing remarks. Both speakers underlined the success and importance of the International Kyiv Week.
The final event of the week was the closing ceremony, on Friday 24 April.
