From 7-9 June, U.S. Air Force Brigadier General Edward Vaughan, U.S. European Command Deputy Director for Security Cooperation, met with counterparts in the Bulgarian Armed Forces to discuss our on-going military partnership. His visit included a trip to Graf Ignatievo Air Base to discuss the transition to F-16 fighter jets and to Novo Selo Training Area to meet with the NATO Battle Group. He also met with Chief of Defence Admiral Eftimov and other military leaders to discuss the future of our strong partnership.
